Welcome to the 10th Annual High Lifter ATV Mud Nationals! Throughout the past 10 years, this event has changed, evolved and grown into the largest ATV mudding event in the world. Many of you may have been with us during that first year at Fun Wheeler Park in Longview, Texas. The High Lifter team was hoping for what we considered to be a “good turnout” in attendance of 500, and 1,500 of our closest friends and riding buddies showed up for a good old fashioned mud bog. To say we were surprised is a MAJOR understatement!

The second year, we changed our location to Rabbit Creek in Kilgore, Texas and watched as Mother Nature made sure we had plenty of mud by giving us torrential rains for days that caused us to have to change our schedule. The heavy rain and all the changes didn’t stop the 3,500 who showed up to ride and compete. The second year also marked the addition of the ladies class of competitors to be added to the mix for the first time with the “Mud Momma” class. The name would later be changed to the “Mud Chic” which is still used today. Again, the High Lifter Team was shocked and thrilled at the outcome of this still young event.

For the third annual ATV Mud Nationals, we decided to change the venue once again. This time we chose Mud Creek Off Road Park near Jacksonville, Texas. Mud Creek had everything we were looking for with camp sites, rolling hills, plenty of natural mud and miles of trails. Working with the park, we planned the event in hopes of surpassing the attendance and competitions of the previous two years, and surpass it we did. The 2005 High Lifter ATV Mud Nationals broke a record in attendance yet again by more than doubling the number who attended the previous year, and we realized we might be on to something!

S3 Power Sports Poker RunAs you know, Mud Creek Off Road Park is still the home of Mud Nationals and as the event has grown, the High Lifter team has continued to find new exciting things to do and see throughout the week long event, never forgetting the reason it all started… mud riding and racing. Throughout the past 9 years High Lifter has added things that make the Mud Nationals the biggest and best mudding event in the world. Events such as the mudda cross, that has been described as “Nascar in the Mud”, the grueling endurance challenge, and more. The Mud Nationals has also had top notch entertainment to keep you busy when not on the trails. We have had a barn dance, high-flying quad freestyle shows, fireworks extravaganzas and even first class concerts headlined by some Nashville’s best artists such as Brantley Gilbert and this year David Nail.

For 2012, we are continuing our tradition of racing by bringing the Championship Mud Racing Series (CMR) to Mud Nationals for the Can Am Mud Bog and the Polaris Mudda Cross events. We’ve lined up the biggest ATVs & UTVs for the DynoJet Bad to the Bone, called in those with the loudest sound systems for the Planet ATV Mud Jam and called out those who think they are the baddest for the EPI Endurance Challenge. If racing isn’t what you’re into, grab your friends and go on the S3 Power Sports Poker Run, where you are guaranteed to have a good time. Sign up to test your skills in our very first Outlaw BBQ Throw Down to see who can cook-up the best chicken and ribs in the park. On Friday and Saturday night, plan to come to the Oasis to watch the Red Dirt Hurricane Outlaw Concert Series brought to you by Yamaha. Now it’s time to hit the trails but make sure to keep your event schedule close at hand, because you don’t want to miss a thing that the High Lifter ATV Mud Nationals has planned for you!
